George and the whole team were amazing hosts. Their recommendations regarding the food and drinks were spot on I can recommend the frito misto it's the best seafood dish I have ever eaten anywhere. The pastas were also amazing. I had the aged meat dish, bot sure about the name, since it is out of the regular menu. So ask the stuff about it.
